Code Of Conduct
Students are expected to follow a high moral code of conduct. Sufficient guidance and counseling is rendered by the School towards honest life. Should any students persist in breaking this code or indulge in antisocial acts, he shall be liable to serious disciplinary action and expulsion from the School.
Parents should ensure that their ward is in good health before he joins the hostel. A Medical Certificate to that effect must be submitted at the beginning of every session.
Boarders are NOT permitted to leave the School premises without proper sanction from the Principal. Students leaving the campus without permission shall do so at the parent’s risk and responsibility. Boarders are not permitted to go home during the the term, except in rare circumstances.
Parents and guardians are permitted to visit their ward on holidays between 10a.m. and 12.30p.m. Boarders may be permitted to visit their local guardians in the station , as per Hostel Regulations. Friends and relatives wishing to meet boarders will be required to produce written permission from the parents. Parents are welcome to meet the principal, with prior appointment.
The School undertakes all necessary arrangement for homeward travel during the midterm break or at the end of a term, provided the parents inform the School at least one month in advance and send the travel expenses for their wards.
|Payment of Fees|
Parents are expected to pay the fees on time, failing which late-fee fine will be charged. Fees and hostel charges in arrears of more than Rs. 1000/-will automatically debar the boarder from further stay in the hostel. No fee is refundable.
Change of Status
A boarder may be permitted to become a day scholar, after a session, only if the parents are transferred to Dehradun.
In case the child is to be withdrawn at the end of a session, the School should be informed, in writing, by the 15th of March, failing which the dues for three months plus the boarding fee will be charged. Students leaving during a term will be required to pay the fees for the full term. In case of withdrawal after the first term(April to September), three months written notice should be given before 30th of June, otherwise full fees for the seconds term will be charged
