Note :

1. Computer Education is Optional from Classes IX TO XII. Computer/Informatics Fee is Rs. 1000/- Per Annum, to be paid in the month of April.


2. Students who opt for Home Science as a Subject would have to pay Science Stream Fee.

For NEW ADMISSION the following extra amount is payable:-
Registration Fee Rs. 500/-, Admission Fee Rs 2000/-

1. Other Charges :- Prospectus & Registration Form Rs 250/-, Duplicate Report Card Rs 100/- Birth Certificate Rs 20/-, TC Rs 50/-.
2. Fee is payable for Twelve months in Seven instalments . First instalment starts from April Term Charges will be paid in April & October along with one month tuition fee. Two months fees will be paid in May, July, August, November and December . Guardians to please fill Student's A/c No. correctly in the fee slips. For Cheque payments details of Student's Name, Class and A/c no. must be written on the bacl of the cheque.
3. NO FEE IS REFUNDABLE.
4. Parents are advised to deposit the fee by 10th of every month (only local cheque by 5th of the month ) failing which Rs. 50/- will be charged as late fee charges till 20th of the month . If the fee is not deposited by 20th, the name of the student will be struck off the role WITHOUT ANY REMINDER . Such a student will not be permitted to attend the classes till all the dues along with Fee Charges of Rs. 175/- are paid.
5. In case of WITHDRAWAL DURING THE SESSION (April To MArch) a written notice of three months should be given in advance . In lieu of notice, fee for three months will be charged.
6. In case of WITHDRAWAL AT THE END OF THE SESSION 2011-2012 , the office should be informed in writing by 3rd April 2012, after which the total school dues for three months will be charged even if the student does not join the next class.
7. Part payment of Fee will be treated as nonpayment , and liable to charge of Rs. 175/- as late Fee Charges.
