Fee is payable for Twelve months in Seven instalments . First instalment starts from April Term Charges will be paid in April & October along with one month tuition fee. Two months fees will be paid in May, July, August, November and December . Guardians to please fill Student's A/c No. correctly in the fee slips. For Cheque payments details of Student's Name, Class and A/c no. must be written on the bacl of the cheque.
NO FEE IS REFUNDABLE.
Parents are advised to deposit the fee by 10th of every month (only local cheque by 5th of the month ) failing which Rs. 50/- will be charged as late fee charges till 20th of the month . If the fee is not deposited by 20th, the name of the student will be struck off the role WITHOUT ANY REMINDER . Such a student will not be permitted to attend the classes till all the dues along with Fee Charges of Rs. 175/- are paid.
In case of WITHDRAWAL DURING THE SESSION (April To MArch) a written notice of three months should be given in advance . In lieu of notice, fee for three months will be charged.
In case of WITHDRAWAL AT THE END OF THE SESSION 2011-2012 , the office should be informed in writing by 3rd April 2012, after which the total school dues for three months will be charged even if the student does not join the next class.
Stationery will be provided to the students of KG & Class I for the school work.
